That fits me to a tee. No clue, and no interest either!
I'm a political junkie, so I actually want to understand it ... but man, what a bizarre system. Do they have any federal electoral laws? It seems the states (or perhaps the parties themselves) decide which primary happens when, how people vote, how votes are counted, etc. Baffling!
